English for all ages and abilities
Whatever your level – beginner to advanced – I will work with you to give you the confidence to communicate effectively in a variety of contexts and situations. I teach a vast range of students; both adults and children. Some of my clients are complete beginners, who with my help learn to communicate at a basic level in English. Others are working professionals who would like to become more competent when communicating with colleagues and clients face-to-face and in writing. Some students are preparing for entry to university or need academic support, such as help with essay writing and presentations while they are studying. I also work with students who would simply like some more relaxed, conversation practice!
Support for young learners
I also work with younger learners and support them in their school studies. Some are native speakers who are preparing for their GCSEs or exams such as the 11-plus, and together we focus on the English component of the exam, namely writing and comprehension.
Proofreading service
intolingo also provides a professional proofreading service to ensure your writing (academic, professional, etc) is well-organised and free from error.

Unlike the majority of educational establishments and agencies, who simply act as a “middleman”, being an independent tutor means I can offer lessons which are cost-effective, and I am able to focus on the individual needs of my students and therefore provide an exceptionally attentive, tailor-made, quality service.
I am based in Barnet in North London, where the majority of my classes are held, but I am happy to meet my students at a mutually convenient location or, of course, online if you prefer.
